The Sexy Single Session
This one-on-one session is designed specifically for women who are curious about what coaching and reiki healing can do for them.

This package will allow you to gain clarity on the goal you brought to the session and you'll leave with clarity and a plan as well as a feeling of lightness and calm after our reiki healing.

1 x 30-minute intake so we can get to know each other

1 x 60-minute coaching session with Bec at her home studio.

The benefits of this program are that it's one-off, and you get to sample both amazing services. Unlike a 1:1 coaching session, you can choose to have as many combination sessions as you would like. Sessions can be adjusted to a 45-minute coaching and 45-minute reiki healing also.

What we'll do in our session is:

Get you some clarity - sort through the overwhelm and drill down to what you're trying to achieve and how you can start achieving it. It helps to have someone else to talk through the goal with and get another perspective from.

We'll establish what resources you've already got at your disposal and how you can utilise them.

We'll work on mindset - get you in the right frame of mind so you can think clearly and prioritise what you're doing in a calm and clear manner. This will set you up for success and get you excited about your goal.

Quick and easy meditation/breathing technique that you can use to set yourself up for the day - great to teach the kids too.

If that's not enough, because I love to over deliver - you'll get access to a personal cheerleader whose got your back for the next week to keep you on track and make sure you smash this goal!

We'll end the session with a reiki healing - clearing any blockages in your chakras, helping you feel calmer, clearer, relaxed which will have the benefits of reducing stress, overwhelm, anxiety, helping you sleep better and hopefully provide clarity.
