Mindfulness Matters

Have you ever felt so overwhelmed you just didn't know where to start?


There have been times when I have been debilitated by indecision because there was too much to do, so many people to please and every decision I made felt like I would be letting someone down.


It's hard to make a decision when you're in a fight or flight/ respond or react mentality. I've just created a short workshop on how to create a calm down bottle. One of many simple tools I use in my coaching to demonstrate mindfulness, in a simple form that can be taught and modeled for children.


The video talks about different ways of using the bottle along with the benefits of mindfulness. There are many ways to be mindful, and it means many things to everyone and when we work together, we work on the ways it suits you and your family so that the program we create is one that can work for you and your family.


When we use mindfulness, we create a space to:


  • respond with emotional resilience and intelligence

  • reduce stress and anxiety,

  • create a calm place where you can respond rather than react
